I contacted The technician as I urgently needed to change my locks after one of my keys went missing. The technician was a great guy, polite, professional, came out the same day, was on time and did the job efficiently. Gave me good advice and explained about the locks he was fitting… he even noticed my door was not screwed in properly so kindly fixed that for me as well. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Will definitely use him again the future if needed.
